In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "92glo" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at 92glo.net and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and account management portals.
• "Operator" refers to the internationally licensed entity that owns and operates the 92glo platform.

All wagers placed on the 92glo platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product in question — sports betting, casino games, fishing games, keno draws, or live dealer tables. The following general rules apply across all wagering activity:

• Finality of Bets: Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or modified by the user unless 92glo specifically provides a cash-out or edit option for that market or game type.
• Erroneous Odds: 92glo reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error, technical malfunction, or data feed error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the user's account.
• Software Malfunctions: In the event of a verified software malfunction affecting a game or betting market, 92glo reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. No claim may be made against 92glo for expected winnings arising from a malfunctioning game.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 92glo platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, 92glo reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no funds are owed to the user due to the nature of the violation, balances may be forfeited. In cases where no violation is found and the closure is initiated at the user's request, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the user's registered payment method after standard processing times.
